This product has been discontinued. There is no difference between the Black Ratchet Blade and the Fabric Blade. You can use a normal black ratchet blade for fabric cutting,  just label it with a coloured vinyl to set it apart from your other blades.

Description

As blades naturally dull more quickly when cutting paper type materials, the Fabric Blade is offered in order to separate it from your regular blade.

The Fabric Blade is identical to the regular Blade except for its distinguishing color. The blue color allows you to identify which blade you want to save for cutting fabric so it can last longer and not be dulled in cutting your other material types.

The ability to cut fabric generally requires a fabric stabilizer to hold the fabric in place properly to provide a clean, precise cut.

This blade is compatible with all Silhouette electronic cutting tools.
