Description

• Cast, plotter cuttable polyurethane film with high-quality matt surface finish. Due to the thickness of 600 μ optical attractive 3D transfers are resulting.
• POLI-FLEX® DIMENSION is suitable to transfer onto textiles like cotton, mixtures of polyester/cotton and polyester/acrylic.
• POLI-FLEX® can be used for lettering on T-shirts, sports & leisurewear, sports bags and promotional articles.
  POLI-FLEX® DIMENSION can be cut with all current plotters.
• We recommend using a Flock knife (60°) and cutting the motive twice.
• After weeding the cut flex film is transferred by heat press.
• The PET liner should be removed cold.
• Due to the thickness of the material of 600 µ, we only recommend cutting and weeding medium or large lettering and motives. Inaccuracy could occur on the cut edges and weeding could be affected by very detailed designs.
• The raw materials are ecologically inert and do not contain PVC, plasticizers or heavy metals (in accordance with OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 Class I).
• Guarantee for a secure and long-lasting bond of POLI-FLEX®DIMENSION is only given when following the specified temperature and pressure conditions.
